A medium gold sparkling wine with good balance. Metodo classico, vinified in steel and aged in the bottle 30 months. Minerality, acidity, citric and apricot skin fruit with a hint of florals all combine to make this wine really work very well as a whole: a very pleasant experience for the palate.
